• Quarterly meetings, which include presentation of our business and financial reports, updates on issues of importance to members, a question-and-answer session, and time for fellowship with other members and Friends Life Care at Home staff

• Members-only online bulletin board (to come)

• A member advisory committee

• Member satisfaction surveys that help us continuously improve the quality of our programs and services

• Regular contact with all members, whether or not they are currently using any of our home-health or support services

Integrated Wellness

We don’t wait until our members have a change in health to provide caring support. We offer a continual selection of programs and lectures by professional guests on subjects like safe driving skills, drug interactions, home safety, fall prevention and more. We provide periodic home safety evaluations, one-to-one reviews of your medications, and support group connections and referrals. Healthy living is so crucial to quality of life and prolonged independence, Friends Life Care at Home is always evaluating, improving and adding to the list of wellness programs for members.
